(If you wish to change your dates of stay, please contact us on 07 89 94 46 17).<br \/>\nBetween the 29th and 15th days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the stay (or at least one night for short stays of 2 or 3 nights). Thus, the deposit paid will be kept, Between the 14th and the day of arrival, the entire stay will be invoiced to you. Our house is &#8216;non-smoking&#8217; (and also electronic cigarettes). Ashtrays are available for outdoor use. <strong>All alcoholic drinks coming outside the establishment are prohibited for personal consumption on site.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe reservation is established for a maximum capacity of people.
