Payments accepted:
Bank checks, holiday vouchers (ANCV), bank transfer, cash.

Booking conditions:
If direct booking: Reservation guaranteed by the communication of your details and by payment of a deposit of 30% and at least the amount of one night by check, transfer.

Terms of cancelation:

Any cancellation request must be made by email or by sending a letter in RAR.
You can, free of charge, cancel your stay or modify the dates (subject to availability) up to 30 days from the date of arrival. (If you wish to change your dates of stay, please contact us on 07 89 94 46 17).
Between the 29th and 15th days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the stay (or at least one night for short stays of 2 or 3 nights). Thus, the deposit paid will be kept, Between the 14th and the day of arrival, the entire stay will be invoiced to you. In the event of a shortened stay, the total of the stay initially planned remains due.
In the event of cancellation by us, we will refund the full deposit.

Arrival:
We welcome our guests between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, please let us know.

Departure:
On the day of departure, in order to allow a perfect restoration of the rooms, we thank you for leaving your room for 10:00 at the latest.

Animals:
Our animal friends are not accepted in the house and on the entire property.

Use of premises:
The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the premises and use it in accordance with the destination of the premises. Our house is ‘non-smoking’ (and also electronic cigarettes). Ashtrays are available for outdoor use. All alcoholic drinks coming outside the establishment are prohibited for personal consumption on site.

Ability:
The reservation is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, we can refuse additional people. If accepted, a supplement will be applied.
